Our clients come up to us with queries regarding the time taken to recruit a candidate. In such a case, we fix a duration of 30 to 90 days for the joining of the candidate, like anywhere else, depending upon the category and position.
In case the candidate leaves the organization after a specific time period, say 90 days after joining, and then we take the responsibility of providing recruitment services to the organization free of cost till another eligible candidate is found.
Our professional fees include one month gross salary plus services tax plus outstation expenses if applicable and we specify it in the beginning to avoid any sort of confusion.

This databank developed over a period of 13 years gives access to popular databanks and the references and contacts of the candidates can also be availed through this.
